& emotion.
01 · Daydreaming — 2020A studio practice from Szczecin — portraits where semi‑realistic features blend with abstract shapes, and the shapes carry the feeling.
Selected plates
“The shapes around a face are the feelings — pattern, weather, the small interruptions of being alive.”
The studio

Kapi Michalska lives in Szczecin, the second largest port city in Poland — alive with theatres, museums and event spaces. She graduated at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Design, where she explored the fusion between painting and graphic design.
An exploration of human nature — face, print, the texture of feeling.
Today her creativity thrives primarily in the design and digital realm. Her artistic passion is focused on creating portraits where faces, prints and textures come together. In her work, semi‑realistic features blend with abstract shapes — and it is precisely those shapes that represent the different emotions we perceive.
